Terms of participation
  1. The operator of this promotion is Casino Zürichsee AG, based in Freienbach SZ (hereinafter referred to as “swisscasinos”), which is part of the Swiss Casinos Group (the “Operator” or “we”).
  2. These conditions (the “Promotion Conditions”) apply to the promotion and supplement the regular terms and conditions of swisscasinos.
  3. All participants who are eligible to participate in this promotion (see below) and who do so accept these Promotion Conditions and are bound by them.
  4. To be eligible to participate in the promotion, you must:
    • be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
    • not use a virtual private network (VPN) to access the poker software;
    • hold or have opened a valid account with the Operator, whereby we have verified your identity;
    • not be an employee or a family member of an employee of the Operator, its ultimate parent company or any subsidiary and/or affiliate of the Operator or its parent company (together the “Operator Group”) and/or their representatives; and
    • you must not (i) be excluded from participating in gambling activities for any reason, nor (ii) have self-excluded yourself from gambling with the operator via an operator-specific self-exclusion programme (e.g. VETO).
  5. Promotion period: 15 June 2026 – 27 December 2026 Qualification period for weekly points missions: 15 June 2026 00:00 GMT – 27 December 2026 18:00 GMT, weekly: Monday 00:00 GMT – Sunday 18:00 GMT.
  6. Banco Bratislava hosts various live events.
  7. Package information
    • Value of the package: €990
    • Tournament balance: €700
    • T-shirt worth €20 for 1 person.
    • Pocket money including travel expenses: €270. The €270 included in the package is provided exclusively as cash-equivalent pocket money. This is not a reimbursement for travel, accommodation or other costs.
    • All travel arrangements and associated costs, including but not limited to Flights, transfers, insurance, visas and incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the player and will under no circumstances be reimbursed or covered by the operator, iPoker or the event organiser.
    • The €700 tournament credit included in the package must be used to log in for at least one live event within six (6) months of the package being allocated online.
    • Any remaining, unused tournament credit must be used within twelve (12) months of the package being allocated online.
    • Any tournament credit not used within the applicable timeframes will automatically expire and be forfeited without compensation, refund or replacement.
    • No extensions, cash conversions or alternative prizes will be granted for unused or expired tournament credit.
    • It is hereby clarified that players are solely responsible for booking their own travel arrangements and that players are solely responsible for ensuring that their passport is valid and that they hold a visa to enter the country of the tournament, where applicable.
  8. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash. You must play or forfeit your place. All taxes, insurance and other costs associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.
  9. Please check the contents of the package carefully. The packages are provided ‘as is’, and the operator shall not be liable in any way for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, including but not limited to airlines and transport service providers. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that the operator is in no way responsible for the nature of the event or the prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claims and/or demands in this regard.
  10. By participating in the online tournaments of the Banco Bratislava Qualifiers 2026, you declare that you are willing and able to travel to Bratislava (Slovakia) to participate in a live event. This includes all documents required for travel to the destination.
  11. The player must make every effort to ensure that they utilise all places won. Under NO circumstances will refunds be granted by the organisers and/or the operator.
  12. By participating in this promotion, you confirm that you have been pre-registered with the organiser; your personal data will be passed on to the organiser, who acts as an independent data controller solely for the purpose of running the live event.   13. To participate in the Points Mission, players must log in via the poker software once during each weekly Points Mission qualification period, as defined below.
  14. Points Mission qualification period: 15 June 2026 00:00 GMT – 27 December 2026, 18:00 GMT, weekly: Monday 00:00 GMT – Sunday 18:00 GMT.
  15. Maximum number of entries for the ‘€60 Banco 06-2026 Mission’ awarded for completing the weekly Points Mission: 1 per player per week during the Points Mission qualification period.
  16. The points mission awards entry tickets for the “€60 Banco 06-2026 Mission”, which are valid only for the “Banco Bratislava Qualifiers 2026” tournaments during the promotion. Entry tickets for the “€60 Banco 06-2026 Mission” expire on 28 December 2026.
  17. In satellites, “€0.20 Banco 2026 Entry”, “€0.20 Banco 06-2026 Auto”, “€2.50 Banco 06-2026 Auto”, “€2.50 Banco 2026 entries”, “€10 Banco 06-2026 Auto”, “€10 Banco 2026 Entry”, “€60 Banco 2026 Entry” and “€60 Banco 06-2026 Auto” tournament tickets, which can only be used in tournaments related to the “Banco Bratislava Qualifiers 2026” during the promotion period. Auto-Registration tickets automatically register the player for the target event.
  18. All “€XX Banco 2026 Entry” tickets expire 2 months after issue. After the promotion ends, they will be linked to all tournaments.
  19. All “€XX Banco 06-2026 Auto” tickets for automatic registration are valid during the promotion only for the “Banco Bratislava Qualifiers 2026” target tournaments and register players directly for the target event.
  20. ‘Banco 2026 €990 Package’ tickets are issued online to package winners as a placeholder prize for the live event and cannot be used online. ‘Banco 2026 €990 Package’ tickets expire on 31 December 2026.
  21. The €700 tournament credit can be used at Banco Bratislava. The tournament balance must be used at least once in a live event within 6 months of winning the package online, and the remaining balance must be used within 1 year of winning the package online.
  22. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, the operator will refund the buy-in or return the network tickets to the players, who may then register for the next available event. The operator will not offer players any additional compensation if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
  23. Only one (1) person per family, residential address, computer or IP address may participate in the promotion.
  24. We [or any third party providing services to us in connection with this promotion (the “Third Party”)] will immediately exclude you from the promotion if:
    1. you attempt, or we suspect you have attempted, to participate in the promotion using multiple accounts (either accounts held with the operator under different names, or multiple accounts with companies within the operator group);
    2. we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have colluded with other players to exploit the promotion; or
    3. We and/or third parties reserve the right to disqualify players if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies are involved. Players must comply with the terms of participation set out in these terms and conditions. The operator and/or third parties reserve the right to withhold prizes from persons whom the operator knows, or has reasonable grounds to believe, are not eligible to participate.
  25. We will retain any [prizes] you have won if we have reason to believe that you are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
  26. We may amend or cancel this promotion without prior notice, or amend its terms and conditions, if such amendment or cancellation is required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Such an amendment shall not adversely affect players who have already participated in or are participating in this promotion. In particular, cancellation of this promotion by us after you have participated in it shall not affect the validity of your participation in it.
  27. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland; you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Freienbach, Switzerland.
