Terms of Participation
  1. The Operator running this Promotion is Casino Zürichsee AG, based in Freienbach SZ (hereinafter referred to as "swisscasinos"), which is part of the Swiss Casinos Group, (the "Operator" or "We").
  2. These terms (the "Promotional Terms") apply to the Promotion and are additional to the standard terms and conditions of swisscasinos.
  3. All entrants that are eligible (see below) for this promotion, and participate in it, will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Promotional Terms.
  4. To be eligible to participate in the promotion, you must:
    • be at least eighteen (18) years old.
    • not use a virtual private network (VPN) to access the poker software;
    • hold or have opened a valid account with Operator whereby we have verified your identity;
    • not be an employee, or family member of any employee, of the Operator, its ultimate parent company, or any subsidiary and/or affiliated company of Operator or its parent company (collectively the "Operator Group") and/or their agents; and
    • not (i) be prohibited from participating in any gambling activities for any reason; or (ii) have self-excluded from gambling with Operator, via any multi-operator self-exclusion scheme (for example, VETO).

  6. The Festival in Malta Live Event Details:
    • Event Dates: 14th September 2026 - 20th September 2026
    • Venue: Portomaso Casino, Malta
    • Tournaments with a buy-in of €550: "Event #9 - The Festival Main Event - Day 1" from 15th September 2026, buy-in of €550
      • Day 1A on 15/09/2026
      • Day 1B on 16/09/2026
      • Day 1C on 17/09/2026
      • Day 1D & 1E Turbo on 18/09/2026
      • Day 2 on 19/09/2026
      • Day 3 on 20/09/2026
    • "Event #2 - Mixed Games Main Event - TORSES 1B" on 14/09/2026. "Event #2 - Mixed Games Main Event TORSES" Day 2 take place on 15/09/2026.
    • Players can choose any Day 1 Flight.
    • "Event #9 - The Festival Main Event" will be played in Multistack mode and Day 1's will end once 12.5% of the field remains and players are ITM and thus receiving a Minimum Cash (Min Cash) and qualified to Day 2. If a player qualifies multiple times to Day 2, then each Min Cash is paid out, but ONLY the players largest qualified stack remains in play for Day 2.
    • "Event #2 - Mixed Games Main Event TORSES" will be played in Multistack mode. Day 1's will end once 12.5% of the field remains and players are ITM and thus receiving a Minimum Cash (Min Cash) and qualified to Day 2. If a player qualifies multiple times to Day 2, then each Min Cash is paid out, but ONLY the players largest qualified stack remains in play for Day 2.

  7. Package Info

      • Check in: 14th September 2026 - Check out: 20th September 2026
    • Hospitality Package €200 (daily group activities for 1 person)
    • Total of €250 spending money included.
    • The €250 included in the Package is provided as cash-equivalent spending money only. It is not a reimbursement for travel, accommodation, or any other expenses.
    • All travel arrangements and related costs, including but not limited to flights, transfers, insurance, visas, and incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the player and shall not be reimbursed or covered by the Operator, iPoker, or the event organiser under any circumstances. It is hereby clarified that the players shall be solely responsible for booking their own travel arrangements and the players shall be solely responsible for making sure their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament, if applicable.
  8. Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.
  9. Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an "AS-IS" basis, and Operator shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Operator shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.
  10. By playing The Festival in Malta online tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Malta, in order to participate at The Festival in Malta Live event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination. The minimum age to enter the casino in Malta is 18 for non – Maltese residents and 25 for Maltese citizens.
  11. All seats for "The Festival in Malta" won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament "Event #9 - The Festival Main Event - Day 1 X" from 15th September 2026 or "Event #2 - Mixed Games Main Event - TORSES 1B" on 14/09/2026 (the "Destination Tournament") or if a player has won several seats in another The Festival tournament from 15th September 2026 to 20th September 2026 in Malta.
  12. Maximum amount of "The Festival in Malta" packages that a player can win by qualifying via Online platform satellites: 1 per player during the Promotion Period. Once the player wins a package, he will be excluded from all the future package satellites during the Promotion Period. The player may still participate in Seat only satellites after winning a package.
  13. In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events ("Event #9 - The Festival Main Event - Day 1X"). The onus is on the player to play the first seat and then arrange transfer of additional seats won to another tournament or player if required.
  14. Players will only be able to carry over one stack into "Event #9 - The Festival Main Event - Day 2" on 19th of September 2026, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Malta. The tournament "Event #9 - The Festival Main Event - Day 1X"is played in "surrender mode" (players can choose to forfeit a stack that has qualified to day 2 and re-enter in another Day 1.
  15. "Event #2 - Mixed Games Main Event TORSES" will be played in Multistack mode. Day 1's will end once 12.5% of the field remains and players are ITM and thus receiving a Minimum Cash (Min Cash) and qualified to Day 2. If a player qualifies multiple times to Day 2, then each Min Cash is paid out, but ONLY the players largest qualified stack remains in play for Day 2.
  16. If a player has already qualified to Day-2 and still has ME tickets left, he has an option to:
    1. Transfer the ticket to another player at the location.
    2. Change the ticket to other tournament tickets with a possibility to top up in cash.
  17. Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats won. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the Operator.
  18. By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have been pre-registered to play with the event organiser, who is considered the data controller. For any privacy related questions, please go to https://www.thefestival.com/privacy-policy.
  19. To participate in the revenue missions, players must opt in once for each mission for the duration of the mission Qualification Period, as defined below via the poker software.
  20. Revenue Missions Qualification Period: 06/07/2026 00:00 GMT – 30/08/2026 17:00 GMT
  21. Weekly Low Qualification Period: Mondays 00:00 GMT – Sundays 17:00 GMT
  22. Maximum amount of "€15 The Festival MT26 Entry P" entry tickets issued for completing the Low revenue mission: 1 per player per week during the Revenue Mission Qualification Period.
  23. Maximum amount of "€100 The Festival MT 2026 [M]" entry tickets issued for completing the High revenue mission: 1 per player during the Revenue Mission Qualification Period.
  24. The Low revenue mission will award "€15 The Festival MT26 Entry P" entry tickets that are valid only in "The Festival" tournaments during the Promotion Duration. "€15 The Festival MT26 Entry P" tickets expire on 31/08/2026.
  25. The High revenue mission will award "€100 The Festival MT 2026 [M]" entry tickets that are valid only in "The Festival" tournaments during the Promotion Period. "€100 The Festival MT 2026 [M]" entry tickets expire on 31/08/2026.
  26. Satellites will award entry tickets which can only be used in "The Festival in Malta" Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the promotion is in progress. Auto-Registration tickets automatically add the player to the target event.
  27. All "€XX The Festival MT2026 Entry" / "€XX The Festival MT26 Entry" tickets are valid only in "The Festival" tournaments during the Promotion Period and expire 2 months after having been issued. After the Promotion Period they will be linked to all tournaments.
  28. All "€XX The Festival MT2026 Auto" / "€XX The Festival MT26 Auto" entry tickets are valid only in "The Festival" target tournaments during the Promotion Period. "€0.25 The Festival MT26 Auto P", "€3 The Festival MT2026 Auto P", "€15 The Festival MT2026 Auto P" & "€100 The Festival MT2026 Auto" entry tickets expire on 31/08/2026. "€0.25 The Festival MT26 Auto S", "€3 The Festival MT2026 Auto S", "€15 The Festival MT2026 Auto S" & "€70 The Festival MT2026 Auto" entry tickets expire on 22/08/2026. "€5 The Festival MT26 Auto Mega" & "€25 The FestivalMT26 Auto Mega" entry tickets expire on 01/09/2026.
  29. "TF Malta 2026 €1,850 Package" & "TF Malta 2026 €550 Seat" tickets will be issued online to winners as a placeholder prize for the live event and cannot be used online. They expire on 15/09/2026.
  30. Only one (1) person per family, home address, computer, or IP address can enter the promotion.
  31. We, [or any third party providing services to us in connection with this promotion (the "Third Party")] will disqualify you from the promotion immediately if:
    1. you attempt, or We suspect that you have attempted, to participate in the promotion using multiple accounts (either accounts held under multiple names with Operator, or multiple accounts across any Operator Group company);
    2. We reasonably suspect that you have colluded with other players to take advantage of the promotion; or
    3. We and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Operator is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.
  32. We will withhold any [prize] won by you if We reasonably believe that you are ineligible to participate in the promotion.
  33. We may amend or cancel this promotion or amends its terms and conditions without notice if the amendment or cancellation is required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Any such amendment will not have a detrimental effect on any players that have already participated, or are participating in, this promotion. In particular, if We cancel this promotion after you have entered it, that will not affect the validity of your participation in it.
  34. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Freienbach, Switzerland.
