8. By participating in Greek Poker Odyssea online tournaments, you declare that you are willing and able to travel to Thessaloniki (Greece) to participate in the Greek Poker Odyssea live event. This includes all documents required for travel to the destination. The minimum age for admission to the casino in Greece is 21 years.
9. All seats for Greek Poker Odyssea won via an online platform must be used in one of the target tournament ‘MAIN EVENT DAY 1X’ from 26 to 28 June 2025 (the ‘Target Tournament’).
10. The maximum amount of Greek Poker Odyssea packages that a player can win via online satellites is one package per player for the entire duration of the promotion. Once a player has won a package, he or she will be excluded from all further package satellites for the duration of the promotion.
    However, the player may still participate in seat-only satellites after winning a package.
11. If a player wins multiple seats, they may participate in multiple Day-1 events ‘MAIN EVENT DAY 1XX’. Players can only transfer their largest stack to the ‘MAIN EVENT DAY-2’ on 28 June 2025 if they have qualified via multiple Day-1 events in Thessaloniki. It is the player's responsibility to play the first seat and, if necessary, transfer any additional seats won to another tournament (tourney) or another person.
12. If a player has already qualified for Day 2 and still has Main Event tickets, he or she has the following options:

    a. Play another Day 1.

    b. Transfer the ticket to another person on site.

13. The player should do his or her best to play/use all seats won.
    Refunds are not possible under any circumstances, neither by the organisers nor by the operator.

The tickets expire at the end of the promotion period. ‘€XXX GPO 2025 Car’ tickets for automatic registration register players directly for the target event.
16. If a tournament (tourney) is cancelled or interrupted, the operator will refund the buy-in or ticket so that players can sign up; sign in for the next available event.
    No additional compensation will be paid unless this has been expressly agreed between the parties.
17. To be able to play on the operator's platform, you must be at least 18 years old and not be barred from gambling; game of chance.
