  2. ‘The Festival’ in Rozvadov is a Live Event taking place at King’s Casino, Rozvadov, Czech Republic.

    Players are solely responsible for making their travel arrangements and ensuring that their passport is valid and that they have, where applicable, a visa to enter the country where the tournament takes place.

    Total value: 550€
    • Main Event Buy-in: 550€
    • No travel expenses or spending money included
  10. Packages and ‘Seat-Only’ tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash. If players do not attend, they forfeit their place. All taxes, insurance and other expenses related to the prize must be borne by the winners themselves.
  11. By participating in the ‘The Festival in Rozvadov’ online tournaments, you confirm that you are willing and able to travel to the Czech Republic to participate in the Live Event ‘The Festival in Rozvadov’. This includes all documents required for travelling to the destination.
  12. All seats won via an online platform for ‘The Festival’ in Rozvadov must be used in one of the target tournaments:
    “Event #40 – The Festival Main Event Day-1X” from 9 June 2026 – 15 June 2026 or “Event #32 – Mixed Games Main Event TORSES Day-1” from 9 June to 11 June 2026 (the “target tournament”), or – if a player has won multiple seats – these may also be redeemed in another ‘The Festival’ tournament between 9 June 2026 and 15 June 2026 in Rozvadov.
  13. The maximum number of ‘The Festival’ in Rozvadov packages that a player can win via online satellites is one package per player during the entire promotion period.
    Once a player has won a package, they will be excluded from all further package satellites for the duration of the promotion.
    However, the player may continue to participate in ‘Seat-Only’ satellites.
  14. If a player wins multiple seats, they may play multiple Day-1 events of “Event #40 – The Festival Main Event Day-1X” or “Event #32 – Mixed Games Main Event HORSES Day-1X”. It is the player’s responsibility to play the first seat and, if applicable, transfer additional won seats to another tournament or another person.
  15. “Event #40 – The Festival Main Event” is played in a multi-stack format. 15% of the field reach the money (ITM) and receive a minimum payout of 1100€.
    The respective Day-1 flights end once 12.5% of the field remain in the tournament.
    These players automatically qualify for Day-2.
    If a player qualifies multiple times for Day-2, each ITM is paid out, but only the largest qualified stack remains in play for Day-2.
  16. “Event #32 – Mixed Games Main Event HORSES” is also played in a multi-stack format. Day-1 ends after 10 levels. If a player qualifies multiple times for Day-2, only the largest stack remains in play.
  17. If a player has already qualified for Day-2 and still has Main Event tickets, they have the following options:
    1. Play another Day-1.
    2. Transfer the ticket to another person on site.
    3. Exchange the ticket for another tournament ticket (possibly with an additional cash payment).
  18. Players should make every effort to use all seats won.
    Refunds are not possible under any circumstances, neither by the organiser nor by the operator.
  19. By participating in this promotion, you accept that you have been pre-registered with the event organiser, who acts as the data controller. For data protection enquiries, please refer to https://www.thefestival.com/privacy-policy.
  20. Satellites award tickets such as ‘€XXX The Festival 2026 CZ Entry’, ‘€100 The Festival CZ [PACKAGE]’ or ‘€XXX The Festival 2026 CZ Auto’ (automatic registration). These can only be used in ‘The Festival’ in Rozvadov qualification tournaments during the promotion.
    Tickets expire after the promotion period.
    ‘‘€XXX The Festival 2026 CZ Auto’ tickets automatically register players for the target tournament.
  21. The operator, organiser and/or third parties reserve the right to amend or terminate this promotion or its conditions:
    1. without prior notice if required by legal or regulatory changes; or
    2. for other valid reasons with prior notice, provided that existing participants are not disadvantaged.
  22. These conditions apply in addition to the general terms and conditions of the participating website and the operator. By participating in this promotion, all participants are deemed to have accepted and to be bound by these conditions.
