  3. The 'Smart Poker Tour #19' is a live event taking place from 1 to 7 September 2025 at Platinum Casino, Sunny Beach, Bulgaria.

    2. Tournament (tourney): "Main Event Day-1X" with a buy-in of € 300 from 3 to 7 September 2025
      1. Day-1A on 3 September 2025
      2. Day-1B on 4 September 2025
      3. Day-1C & 1D Turbo on 5 September 2025
      4. Day-1E Hyper Turbo & Day-2 on 6 September 2025
      5. Final Day-on 7 September 2025
    Players can choose any flight for Day-1.
    The "Main Event" is played in multi-stack mode and Day-1 ends when 12.5% of the field remains; the remaining players are ITM (in the money) and qualify for Day-2. If a player qualifies for Day-2 multiple times, each minimum cash will be paid out, but ONLY the largest qualifying stack will remain in play for Day-2.

      1. It is hereby clarified that players are solely responsible for booking their own travel. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament (tourney), if required.
  5. Seat-Only
    1. Total value: € 300
    2. Buy-in for the Main Event: € 300
    3. No pocket money or travel expenses included.
  6. Packages and 'seat-only tickets' are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash. If players do not participate, they lose their seat. All taxes, insurance and other expenses related to the prize are the responsibility of the winners.
  7. Please check the contents of the package carefully. Packages are provided "AS IS" and the operator is not liable in any way for the actions or omissions of third-party providers, including, but not limited to, airlines and transport service providers. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that the Operator is in no way responsible for the nature of the event or the prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claims and/or demands in this regard.
  8. By participating in the Smart Poker Tour #19 online tournaments, you declare that you are willing and able to travel to Sunny Beach (Bulgaria) to participate in the Smart Poker Tour #19 Sunny Beach live event. This includes all documents required for travel to the destination.
  9. All places for the "Smart Poker Tour #19 Sunny Beach" won via an online platform MUST be used in one of the target tournaments "Main Event Day-1X" from 3 to 7 September 2025 (the "Target Tournament") or if a player has won multiple seats in another Smart Poker Tour #19 tournament from 1 to 7 September 2025 in Sunny Beach.
  10. Maximum number of "Smart Poker Tour #19 Sunny Beach" packages that a player can win by qualifying via the online satellites:
    1 package per player during the promotion period.
    Once a player has won a package, they will be excluded from all future package satellites during the promotion period. The player can continue to participate in seat-only satellites after winning a package.
  11. If a player has won multiple seats, they may participate in multiple Day-1 events ("Main Event Day-1X"). It is the player's responsibility to play the first seat they win and then arrange for the transfer of any additional seats won to another tournament or another person, if necessary.
  12. The "Main Event" is played in multi-stack mode and Day-1 ends when 12.5% of the field remains; the remaining players are ITM (in the money) and qualify for Day-2. If a player qualifies for Day-2 multiple times, each minimum cash will be paid out, but ONLY the largest qualifying stack will remain in play for Day-2.
  13. If a person has already qualified for Day-2 and still has Main Event tickets left, they have the option to:
    1. Play another Day-1.
    2. Transfer the ticket to another person at the venue.
    3. Exchange the ticket for other tournament tickets, with the option of topping up the ticket with cash.
  14. The person must make every effort to ensure that they play or use all seats won. Under NO circumstances will refunds be granted by the organisers or the operator.
  15. By participating in this promotion, you confirm that you have been pre-registered to participate in the event by the organiser, who is the data controller. If you have any questions about data protection, please contact

  16. Satellites award "€XX SPT 19 Package Entry", "€XX SPT 19 Seat Entry" tickets, "€XX SPT19 Seat Auto" and "€XXX SPT 19 Package Auto" (auto registration tickets), which can only be used in tournaments qualifying for the "Smart Poker Tour #19 Sunny Beach" during the promotion. The tickets expire at the end of the promotion.
  17. All "€XX SPT 19 Seat Auto" and "€XX SPT 19 Package Auto" auto registration tickets are only valid in the Smart Poker Tour #19 Sunny Beach target tournaments during the promotion period and register players directly for the target event.
    "€XXX SPT 19 Package Auto" tickets expire on 18 August 2025.
    "€XXX SPT 19 Seat Auto" tickets expire on 19 August 2025.
  18. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, the operator will refund the buy-in or entry tickets to the players, and they can sign up for the next available tournament. The operator will not offer players any additional compensation if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
  19. Only one (1) person per family, residential address, computer or IP address may participate in the promotion. Only one (1) entry per player is permitted in the promotion.
  20. We or a third-party providing services to us in connection with this promotion will immediately disqualify you from the promotion if:
    1. You are attempting or we suspect that you have attempted to participate in the promotion using multiple accounts (either accounts held under multiple names with the operator or multiple accounts with a company within the operator group);
    2. We have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have colluded with other players to benefit from the promotion; or
    3. We and/or third parties reserve the right to disqualify players if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies are taking place. Players must comply with the terms of participation. The Operator and/or third-parties reserve the right to withhold any prize won by a person whom the Operator knows or has reasonable grounds to believe is not eligible to participate..
  21. We will withhold any prizes you have won if we believe that you are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
  22. We may change or cancel this promotion or its conditions without prior notice if the change or cancellation is necessary for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Such a change will not adversely affect players who have already participated or are participating in this promotion. In particular, if we cancel this promotion after you have participated in it, this will not affect the validity of your participation in it.
