- You may not use a virtual private network (VPN) to access the poker software.
- You must have a valid account with the Operator or have opened one, whereby we have verified your identity;

- You must not be excluded from participating in gambling for any reason; or have excluded yourself from gambling with the Operator through a multi-operator self-exclusion.

- Total value of the package: € 2 000
- € 1,000 tournament credits
- € 200 casino credit (can be used for the buffet, restaurant, Kings Shop, Shisha Lounge, SPA or as tournament credit)
- € 500 hotel credit (reservation at the King's 5* hotel must be made by the player)

Total € 300 pocket money included.
- It is hereby clarified that players are solely responsible for booking their own travel and that players are solely responsible for ensuring that their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament (tourney), if required.
- Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash. All taxes, insurance and other costs associated with the winnings are the sole responsibility of the respective winner.

Packages are provided on an "as is" basis, and the Operator accepts no liability for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, including, but not limited to, airlines or transport companies. For the avoidance of doubt, the Operator accepts no responsibility for the nature of the event or the prizes, or their quality, and you hereby waive any claims or demands in this regard. - By participating in King's Rozvadov online tournaments, you declare that you are willing and able to travel to Rozvadov (Czech Republic) to participate in King's Rozvadov live events. This includes all documents required for travel to the destination.
- Players must make every effort to ensure that all places won are played or used. Under no circumstances will refunds be granted by the organisers and/or the operator.
- By participating in this promotion, you confirm that you have been pre-registered to participate in the event with the organiser, who is considered the data controller. Satellites award "€XXX King's 2025 Entry" tickets or "€XXX King's 2025 Auto" tickets for automatic registration, which can only be used in tournaments (tourneys) within the "King's Rozvadov" qualifiers during the promotion period.
The tickets expire on 31/12/2026.
"€XXX King's 2025 Auto" tickets register players directly for the target event. - "KING'S ROZVADOV €2,000 Package" tickets will be issued online to the winners of the package as a placeholder prize for the live event and cannot be used online. "KING'S ROZVADOV €2,000 Package" online tickets expire on 31/12/2026, but the balance at King's Resort Rozvadov has no expiry date.
- The tournament credit of €1,000 and the casino credit of € 200 can be used at King's Resort Rozvadov or King's Casino Prague (Pobřežní 1, 186 00 Karlín). The hotel credit of € 500 can only be used at King's Resort Rozvadov.
- If a tournament (tourney) is cancelled or interrupted, the operator will refund the buy-in or network tickets to the players and they will be able to log in to the next available event. The operator will not offer players any additional compensation if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
- Only one (1) person per family, residential address, computer or IP address may participate in the promotion.

We or any third party providing services to us in connection with this promotion (the "Third Parties") will immediately exclude you from the promotion if:
- You attempt or we suspect that you are attempting to participate in the promotion using multiple accounts (either accounts held under multiple names with one operator or multiple accounts with different companies within the operator group)
- we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have colluded with other players to take advantage of the promotion; or
- We and/or third parties reserve the right to disqualify players from if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies are taking place. Players must comply with the terms of participation in these terms and conditions. The Operator and/or third parties reserve the right to withhold prizes won by persons whom the Operator knows or has reasonable grounds to believe are not eligible to participate.
- We will retain any prizes you have won if we have reason to believe that you are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
- We may change or cancel this promotion without prior notice or change its conditions if the change or cancellation is necessary for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Such changes will not adversely affect players who have already participated or are participating in this promotion. In particular, if we cancel this promotion after you have participated in it, this will not affect the validity of your participation.
