Terms and Conditions
- The operator of this promotion is Casino Zürichsee AG, with its registered office in Freienbach, SZ (hereinafter referred to as “swisscasinos”), which is part of the Swiss Casinos Group (the “Operator” or “we”).
- These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) apply to the promotion and supplement the General Terms and Conditions of swisscasinos.
- All participants who are eligible to take part in this promotion (see below) and who do so accept these Promotion Terms and are bound by them.

To take part in the promotion, you must:

Information on the Generic Package
- Value of the package: €1,300
- €800 tournament credit
- €100 casino credit (redeemable at the buffet, restaurant, Kings Shop, the Shisha Lounge, the SPA or as tournament credit)
- A total of €400 spending money included. It is hereby made clear that players are solely responsible for booking their own travel and that they are solely responsible for ensuring that their passport is valid and, where applicable, that they hold a visa to enter the country where the tournament is being held.
- Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash. You must play or forfeit your place. All taxes, insurance and other costs associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the respective winner.
- Please check the contents of the package carefully. The packages are provided ‘as is’, and the operator accepts no liability whatsoever for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, including but not limited to airlines and transport service providers. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that the operator is in no way responsible for the nature of the event or the prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claims and/or demands in this regard.
- By participating in King’s Rozvadov’s online tournaments, you declare that you are willing and able to travel to Rozvadov (Czech Republic) to take part in King’s Rozvadov’s live events. This includes all documents required for travel to the destination.
- Players must make every effort to ensure that they utilise all seats won. Under NO circumstances will refunds be granted by the organisers and/or the operator.
- By taking part in this promotion, you confirm that you have been registered in advance with the organiser, who acts as the data controller. - To take part in the Points Mission, players must register via the poker software once during each weekly Points Mission qualification period, as defined below.

- Qualifying period for the Million Package: 29 June 2026, 00:00 GMT – 27 September 2026, 16:00 GMT
- Qualification period for the Generic Package: 28 September 2026, 00:00 GMT – 27 December 2026, 16:00 GMT
- Maximum number of ‘€15 King’s 2026 Ticket’ awarded for completing the weekly Points Mission: 1 per player per week during the Points Mission qualification period (29 June 2026, 00:00 GMT – 27 September 2026, 16:00 GMT).
- Maximum number of “€10 King’s 2026 Entry” tickets awarded for completing the weekly Points Mission: 1 per player per week during the Points Mission qualification period (28 September 2026 00:00 GMT – 27 December 2026, 16:00 GMT).
- As part of the Points Mission, ‘€10 King’s 2026 Entry’ and ‘€15 King’s 2026 Entry’ entry tickets will be awarded, which are valid exclusively for ‘King’s Rozvadov’ tournaments during the promotional period. ‘€10 King’s 2026 Entry’ tickets expire on 31 December 2026. ‘€15 King’s 2026 Entry’ tickets expire on 28 September 2026.
- In satellite tournaments, “€XXX King’s 2026 Entry” entries or “€XXX King’s 2026 Auto” entries are awarded for automatic registration; these may only be used in “King’s Rozvadov” qualifying tournaments during the promotional period, whilst the promotion is running. ‘€XXX King’s 2026 Auto’ entry tickets result in players being registered for the target event.
- Tickets for the ‘KING’S ROZVADOV €1,300 Package’ / the “KING’S MILLION €1,800 Package” / the “KING’S MILLION €1,150 Seat” will be issued online to the winners of the packages or seats as a placeholder prize for the event and cannot be used online. The online tickets for the “KING’S ROZVADOV €1,300 Package” / “KING’S MILLION €1,800 Package” / “KING’S MILLION €1,150 Seat” will expire on 31 December 2027; however, the credit at King’s Resort Rozvadov has no expiry date.
- Tournament credits and casino credits can be redeemed at King’s Resort Rozvadov or at King’s Casino Prague (Pobřežní 1, 186 00 Karlín).
- If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, the operator will refund players’ buy-ins or network tickets, and they may register for the next available event. The operator will not grant players any additional compensation if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
- Only one (1) person per family, residential address, computer or IP address may take part in the promotion.

We [or any third party providing services to us in connection with this promotion (the “Third Party”)] will immediately exclude you from the promotion if:
- you attempt, or we suspect you have attempted, to take part in the promotion using multiple accounts (either accounts held with the operator under different names, or multiple accounts with different companies within the operator’s group) ;
- we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have colluded with other players to exploit the promotion; or
- we and/or a third party reserve the right to disqualify players if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies are taking place. Players must comply with the terms and conditions of participation set out in these Terms and Conditions. The operator and/or a third party reserve the right to withhold prizes from individuals whom the operator knows, or has reasonable grounds to believe, are ineligible to participate.
- We will withhold any prize you have won if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
- We may amend or cancel this promotion without prior notice, or amend its terms and conditions, if such amendment or cancellation is required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Any such amendment shall not adversely affect players who have already taken part in or are currently taking part in this promotion. In particular, any cancellation of this promotion by us after you have taken part in it shall not affect the validity of your participation in it.
- These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland; you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Freienbach, Switzerland.
