    • Accommodation dates are flexible based on your Day-1 choice.

    The hotel reservation has to be booked by yourself via Casino Malta.

    Players are hereby advised that they are solely responsible for making their travel arrangements and ensuring that their passport is valid and that they have, where applicable, a visa to enter the country where the tournament is taking place.

    • No travel expenses or spending money included
  10. Packages and ‘Seat-Only’ tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.. If players do not attend, they forfeit their place. All taxes, insurance and any other expenses related to the prize must be borne by the winners themselves.
  11. By taking part in the BOM online tournaments, you confirm that you are willing and able to travel to Malta to participate in the live event ‘Battle of Malta 2026’. This includes all documents required for travelling to the destination. The minimum age for entry to the casino in Malta is 18 for non-Maltese nationals and 25 for Maltese citizens.
  12. All seats won for ‘Battle of Malta 2026’ via an online platform must be used in the target tournament ‘NLH BOM Let the Battle Begin Day 1X’ from 28 May 2026 in Malta (the ‘target tournament’). If a player has won multiple seats, these may also be redeemed in the Battle of Malta ‘High Roller Day 1’ tournament on 31 May 2026.
  13. If a person has won multiple seats, they may take part in several Day-1 events (‘NLH BOM Let the Battle Begin Day 1X’). The person may also use the 600€ buy-in as a deposit towards the 1100€ buy-in for the Battle of Malta ‘High Roller Day 1’ tournament on 31 May 2026.
    Players may only carry forward the largest stack to ‘NLH BOM Let the Battle Begin Day-2’ on 31 May 2026 if they have qualified through several Day-1 events in Malta.
    It is the player’s responsibility to play the first seat won and then arrange for any additional seats won to be transferred to another tournament or another person.
  14. To take part in the mission, you must register once in the Poker App for the duration of the mission qualification period.
  15. Qualification period for the mission: 30/03/2026 00:00 GMT – 17/05/2026 18:00 GMT
  16. Maximum number of ‘€20 BOM 2026 Mission’ tickets that may be issued for completing the mission:
    1 per player during the mission qualification period.
  17. We may amend or cancel this promotion or its terms without prior notice if the amendment or cancellation is required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Any such amendment will not adversely affect players who have already taken part in or are taking part in this promotion. In particular, if we cancel this promotion after you have taken part in it, this will not affect the validity of your participation in it.
  18. These terms apply in addition to the general terms and conditions of the participating website and the operator. By taking part in this promotion, all participants are deemed to have accepted and to be bound by these terms.
