Terms of Participation
  1. The Operator running this promotion is Casino Zürichsee AG, based in Freienbach SZ (hereinafter referred to as “swisscasinos”), which is part of the Swiss Casinos Group, (the “Operator” or “We”).
  2. These terms (the “Promotional Terms”) apply to the promotion and are additional to the standard terms and conditions of swisscasinos.
  3. All entrants that are eligible (see below) for this promotion, and participate in it, will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Promotional Terms.
  4. To be eligible to participate in the promotion, you must:
    • be at least twentyone (21) years old.
    • not use a virtual private network (VPN) to access the poker software;
    • hold or have opened a valid account with Operator whereby we have verified your identity;
    • not be an employee, or family member of any employee, of the Operator, its ultimate parent company, or any subsidiary and/or affiliated company of Operator or its parent company (collectively the “Operator Group”) and/or their agents; and
    • not (i) be prohibited from participating in any gambling; game of chance activities for any reason; or (ii) have self-excluded from gambling with Operator, via any multi-operator self-exclusion scheme (for example, VETO).

  6. Kings of Tallinn 2026: Autumn Edition is a live event which shall be held at Olympic Park Casino, Tallinn, Estonia between the 9th of October 2026 to the 18th of October 2026 (the “Kings of Tallinn”). Live Event Details:
    • Event Dates: 9th October 2026 - 18th October 2026
    • Venue: Olympic Park Casino, Tallinn, Estonia
    • Tournament buy-in / credit of €1,100 for “Kings of Tallinn Main Event Day 1” from 14th to 18th of October 2026. ◦ Day 1A & 1B on 14/10/2026 ◦ Day 1C & 1D on 15/10/2026 ◦ Day 2 on 16/10/2026 ◦ Day 3 on 17/10/2026 ◦ Final Table on 18/10/2026 Players can choose any Day 1 Flight.

  7. Package Info
    • Total Value of the package: €1,700
    • “Kings of Tallinn Main Event Day 1” Buy-In: €1,100
    • Total of €600 spending money included. It is hereby clarified that the players shall be solely responsible for booking their own travel arrangements and accommodation and the players shall be solely responsible for making sure their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament, if applicable. The €600 included in the Package is provided as cash‑equivalent spending money only. It is not a reimbursement for travel, accommodation, or any other expenses.
    • All travel arrangements and related costs, including but not limited to flights, transfers, insurance, visas, and incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the player and shall not be reimbursed or covered by the Operator, iPoker, or the event organiser under any circumstances. It is hereby clarified that the players shall be solely responsible for booking their own travel arrangements and the players shall be solely responsible for making sure their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament, if applicable.

  9. Queens of Tallinn 2026 is a women-only live event which shall be held at Olympic Park Casino, Tallinn, Estonia between the 27th of August 2026 to the 30th of August 2026 (the “Queens of Tallinn”)
    • Event Dates: 27th August 2026 - 30th August 2026
    • Venue: Olympic Park Casino, Tallinn, Estonia
    • Tournament (tourney) buy-in of €555 for the “Queens of Tallinn Main Event Day 1” on 28th of August 2026 ◦ Day 1 on 28/08/2026 ◦ Day 2 on 29/08/2026 ◦ Final Day on 30/08/2026

  10. Seat Info
    • Total Value of the prize: €555
    • Main Event Buy-In: €555

  11. Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.
  12. Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Operator shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Operator shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.
  13. By playing Queens of Tallinn 2026 or Kings of Tallinn 2026: Autumn Edition online tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Tallinn (Estonia), in order to participate at the Queens of Tallinn 2026 or Kings of Tallinn 2026: Autumn Edition Live event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination. The minimum age to enter the casino in Estonia is 21.
  14. All seats for “Kings of Tallinn 2026: Autumn Edition” won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament “Kings of Tallinn Main Event Day 1X” from 14th October 2026 to 18th of October 2026 (the “Destination Tournament”) or if a player has won several seats in another Kings of Tallinn tournament from 9th October 2026 to 18th of October 2026 in Tallinn.
  15. In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events “Kings of Tallinn Main Event Day 1X”. Second and further seats can be used as re-entry or tournament credits during Kings of Tallinn 2026: Autumn Edition.
  16. The “Kings of Tallinn Main Event" will be played with ~12,5% of players ITM. On Day 2 late registration will still be open.
  17. All seats for “Queens of Tallinn 2026” won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament “Queens of Tallinn Main Event Day 1” on 28th of August 2026 (the “Destination Tournament”) or if a player has won several seats in another Queens of Tallinn tournament from 27th of August 2026 to 30th of August 2026 in Tallinn.
  18. In case a player won multiple “Queens of Tallinn” seats, the onus is on the player to play the first seat. Second and further seats can be used as re-entry or tournament credits during Queen of Tallinn 2026.
  19. The “Queens of Tallinn 2026 Main Event” will be played with ~12,5% of players ITM. On Day 2 late registration will still be open.
  20. If a player playing when late registration ends still has main event tickets left, the player has the option to change the ticket to other tournament tickets.
  21. Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats won. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the Operator.

  23. To participate in the missions, players must log in and opt in once for each mission for the duration of the Mission Qualification Period, as defined below via the poker software.
  24. Missions Qualification Period: 03/08/2026 00:00 GMT – 27/09/2026 16:00 GMT. Weekly Low Qualification Period: Mondays 00:00 GMT – Sundays 16:00 GMT. Monthly High Qualification Periods:
    1. Period 1: 03/08/2026 00:00 GMT – 30/08/2026 16:00 GMT
    2. Period 2: 31/08/2026 00:00 GMT – 27/09/2026 16:00 GMT
  25. Maximum amount of “€15 Kings of Tallinn 26 Entry” entry tickets issued for completing the Low mission: 1 per player per week during the Mission Qualification Period.
  26. Maximum amount of “€125 Kings of Tallinn 2026 [M]” entry tickets issued for completing the High mission: 1 per player per month during the Mission Qualification Period.
  27. The Low mission will award “€15 Kings of Tallinn 26 Entry” entry tickets that are valid only in “Kings of Tallinn” tournaments during the Promotion Period. “€15 Kings of Tallinn 26 Entry” tickets expire on 28/09/2026.
  28. The High mission will award “€125 Kings of Tallinn 2026 [M]” entry tickets that are valid only in “Kings of Tallinn” tournaments during the Promotion Period. “€125 Kings of Tallinn 2026 [M]” entry tickets expire on the 28/09/2026.
  29. Kings of Tallinn Satellites will award “€XXX Kings of Tallinn 2026 Entry” / “€XXX Kings of Tallinn 26 Entry” tickets or “€XXX Kings of Tallinn 2026 Auto” / “€XXX Kings of Tallinn 26 Auto” auto registration entry tickets which can only be used in “Kings of Tallinn 2026: Autumn Edition” Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the promotion is in progress. The tickets will expire after the Promotion Period. “€XXX Kings of Tallinn 2026 Auto” / “€XXX Kings of Tallinn 26 Auto” auto registration entry tickets directly register players to the target event.
  30. Queens of Tallinn Satellites will award “€XXX Queens of Tallinn26 Entry” / “€XXX Queens of Tallinn 26 Entry” tickets or “€XXX Queens of Tallinn26 Auto” / “€XXX Queens of Tallinn 26 Auto” auto registration entry tickets which can only be used in “Queens of Tallinn 2026” Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the promotion is in progress. The tickets will expire after the Promotion Period. “€XXX Queens of Tallinn26 Auto” / “€XX Queens of Tallinn 26 Auto” auto registration entry tickets directly register players to the target event.
  31. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
  32. Only one (1) person per family, home address, computer, or IP address can enter the promotion.
  33. We, [or any third party providing services to us in connection with this promotion (the “Third Party”)] will disqualify you from the promotion immediately if:
    1. you attempt, or We suspect that you have attempted, to participate in the promotion using multiple accounts (either accounts held under multiple names with Operator, or multiple accounts across any Operator Group company);
    2. We reasonably suspect that you have colluded with other players to take advantage of the promotion; or
    3. We and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Operator is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.
  34. We will withhold any [prize] won by you if We reasonably believe that you are ineligible to participate in the promotion.
  35. We may amend or cancel this promotion or amends its terms and conditions without notice if the amendment or cancellation is required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Any such amendment will not have a detrimental effect on any players that have already participated, or are participating in, this promotion. In particular, if We cancel this promotion after you have entered it, that will not affect the validity of your participation in it.
  36. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Freienbach, Switzerland.
