Terms of Participation

- The stay dates can be arranged flexibly depending on the selected Day 1.
- Spending money including travel expenses: €300.
- It is hereby clarified that players are solely responsible for booking their travel and for ensuring that their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the tournament country, if required.
- The €300 included in the Package is granted exclusively as cash-equivalent spending money. It is not a refund of travel, accommodation or other costs.
- All travel arrangements and related costs, including but not limited to flights, transfers, insurance, visas and incidental costs, are solely the responsibility of the players and will under no circumstances be paid or refunded by the operator, iPoker or the organiser. It is hereby clarified that players are solely responsible for booking their travel and for ensuring that their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the tournament country, if required.
- Packages and Seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash. You must play the Seat or let it expire. Any taxes, insurance and other costs connected with the prize are borne exclusively by the respective winner.
- Please check the content of the Package carefully. Packages are provided on an "AS-IS" basis, and the operator is not liable in any way for acts or omissions of third parties, including but not limited to airlines or transport service providers. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that the operator assumes no responsibility for the nature of the event or the prizes or their quality, and you hereby waive any related claims and/or demands.
- By participating in the Battle of Malta online tournaments, you confirm that you are willing and able to travel to Malta to participate in the Battle of Malta Live Event. This includes all documents required to travel to the destination. The minimum age for entry to the casino in Malta is 18 years for non-Maltese residents and 25 years for Maltese nationals. Eligibility / venue exclusion: participation in the Live Event is subject to the venue's entry rules and policies. If a person is listed on an exclusion list or blacklist of the venue (or is otherwise denied entry under the venue's rules), that person is not eligible to participate in the Live Event and has no claim to cash compensation, refund or compensation in respect of participation in the Live Event.
- The first Seat for "Battle of Malta" 2026 won via an online platform MUST be used in the target tournament "NLH BOM Let the Battle Begin Day 1X" from 28 October 2026 in Malta (the "target tournament").
- If a person wins multiple Seats, they may play multiple Day 1 events ("NLH BOM Let the Battle Begin Day 1X") or use the €600 buy-in for other Battle of Malta events (for another event with a €600 buy-in or as a partial payment for an event with a higher buy-in). If a person qualifies in Malta through multiple Day 1 events, they may only take their largest stack into "NLH BOM Let the Battle Begin Day 2". It is the person's responsibility to play the first Seat and, if necessary, subsequently organise the transfer of additional won Seats to another tournament or another person.

If a person has already qualified for Day 2 and still holds Main Event Tickets, they have the following options:
- play another Day 1;
- transfer the Ticket to another person on site;
- convert the Ticket into other tournament Tickets, with the option of paying the remaining amount in cash.
- Players must make all reasonable efforts to play or use all Seats won. Under NO circumstances will refunds be granted by the organiser and/or the operator. All unused Seats will automatically be booked into the target tournament.

- To participate in the Mission, players must log in once via the poker software for the Mission qualification period defined below.
- Mission qualification period: 17/08/2026 00:00 GMT – 18/10/2026 18:00 GMT.
- Maximum number of "€20 BOM A 2026 Mission" Entry Tickets issued for completing the Mission: 1 per person during the Mission qualification period.
- The Mission awards "€20 BOM A 2026 Mission" Entry Tickets, which are valid during the promotion period only for tournaments of the "Battle of Malta Qualifiers 2026". "€20 BOM A 2026 Mission" Entry Tickets expire on 19/10/2026.
- Satellites award "€XX BOM A 2026 Entry" and "€XX BOM A 2026 Auto" Entry Tickets, which during the running promotion can be used exclusively in tournaments connected with the "Battle of Malta" 2026 Qualifiers.
- All "€XX BOM A 2026 Entry" Tickets expire 2 months after they are issued. After the promotion period, they will be linked to all tournaments with the same buy-in value.
- All "€XX BOM A 2026 Auto" Tickets for automatic registration are valid during the promotion period only for target tournaments of the "Battle of Malta" Qualifiers 2026 and register players directly for the target event.
- "BOM A 2026 €1'900 Package" and "BOM A 2026 €600 Seat" Tickets are issued to winners online as placeholder prizes for the Live Event and cannot be used online. "BOM A 2026 €1'900 Package" and "BOM A 2026 €600 Seat" Tickets expire on 28/10/2026.
- If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, the operator will refund the buy-in or Network Tickets to players, and they may register for the next available event. The operator does not offer players any additional compensation if an event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
- Only one (1) person per family, residential address, computer or IP address may participate in the promotion.

We [or a third party providing services to us in connection with this promotion (the "third party")] will exclude you from the promotion with immediate effect if:
- you attempt, or we suspect that you have attempted, to participate in the promotion with multiple accounts (either under multiple names with the operator or with multiple accounts at companies of the operator group);
- we have reasonable suspicion that you have cooperated with other players to gain an advantage from the promotion; or
- we and/or a third party reserve the right to disqualify players if there is reasonable suspicion of collusion or other abusive strategies. Players must meet the eligibility requirements of these terms. The operator and/or a third party reserve the right to withhold prizes if they know or have reasonable grounds to believe that a person is not eligible to participate.
- We will withhold any [prize] won by you if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
- We may change or cancel this promotion or its terms without prior notice if the change or cancellation is required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Such a change must not adversely affect players who have already participated or are currently participating. In particular, if we cancel this promotion after you have participated, the validity of your participation remains unaffected.
- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Freienbach, Switzerland.
