Terms of Participation
  1. The operator of this promotion is Casino Zürichsee AG, headquartered in Freienbach, SZ (hereinafter “swisscasinos”), which is part of the Swiss Casinos Group (the “Operator” or “we”).
  2. These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) apply to the promotion and supplement the general terms and conditions of swisscasinos.
  3. All eligible participants (see below) who take part in this promotion are deemed to have accepted these Promotion Terms and Conditions and are bound by them.
  4. To participate in the promotion, you must:
    • be at least eighteen (18) years of age;
    • not use a virtual private network (VPN) to access the poker software;
    • hold or have opened a valid account with the Operator, and we must have verified your identity;
    • not be an employee or a family member of an employee of the Operator, its ultimate parent company, or any subsidiary and/or affiliate of the Operator or its parent company (collectively, the “Operator Group”) and/or their agents; and
    • not (i) be barred from participating in gambling activities for any reason; or (ii) have self-excluded yourself from gambling with the operator via a cross-operator self-exclusion system (e.g., VETO).

    • Hospitality package with a total value of €120 ◦ All-In-Friday admission to the “Club Level 22” nightclub for two people. ◦ Casino buffet for 1 person during the Grand Event tournament. ◦ Open bar at the Portomaso Casino (beer/house wine, soft drinks, water, and tea/coffee) for 1 player during the 5 days of his or her stay. ◦ FREE hop-on-hop-off bus pass for 1 person
    • Spending money: €330 cash equivalent. This amount is provided exclusively as spending money and does not constitute reimbursement for travel or other expenses. All travel arrangements and associated costs, including but not limited to flights, transfers, insurance, visas, and incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the player and will under no circumstances be reimbursed or covered by the operator, iPoker, or the event organizer.
    • It is hereby clarified that players are solely responsible for making their own travel arrangements and for ensuring that their passport is valid and that they have, if applicable, a visa to enter the country where the tournament is held.
  9. Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash. You must either play the seat or let it expire. All taxes, insurance, and other expenses related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the respective winner.
  10. Please review the contents of the package carefully. Packages are provided on an “as-is” basis, and the operator is not liable in any way for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, including but not limited to airlines and transportation service providers. To avoid any misunderstanding, it is hereby clarified that the operator is in no way responsible for the nature of the event or the prizes and their respective quality; you hereby waive any and all claims and/or demands in this regard.
  11. By playing in the MPF online tournaments, you declare that you are willing and able to travel to Malta to participate in the Malta Poker Festival Autumn 2026 Live Event. This includes all documents required for travel to the destination. The minimum age for entry to a casino in Malta is 18 years for non-Maltese residents and 25 years for Maltese citizens.
  12. All seats for the “Malta Poker Festival Autumn 2026” won via an online platform MUST be used in the target tournament “MPF Grand Event Day-1X” in Malta (the “Target Tournament”). Players may choose between Day-1 Flights B through G.
  13. If a player wins multiple seats, he or she may participate in multiple Day-1 events (“MPF Grand Event Day-1X”). Players may only carry over their largest stack to the “MPF Grand Event Day-2” if they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Malta. It is the player’s responsibility to play the first seat and then, if necessary, to arrange for the transfer of any additional won seats to another person.
  14. Players must make every reasonable effort to play/use all seats for which they have qualified. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organizers and/or the operator.
  15. To participate in the mission, players must register once via the poker software for the duration of the mission qualification period defined below.
  16. Mission Qualification Period: August 24, 2026, 12:00 a.m. GMT – October 11, 2026, 6:00 p.m. GMT
  17. Maximum number of “€125 MPF [Mission] Sep26” entry tickets issued for completing the mission: 1 per player during the mission qualification period.
  18. The mission awards “€125 MPF [Mission] Sep26” entry tickets, which are valid only in “MPF” package tournaments during the promotional period. “€125 MPF [Mission] Sep26” entry tickets expire on October 12, 2026.
  19. Satellites award entry tickets that can only be used in “MPF” qualifier-related tournaments while the promotion is active. They expire at the end of the promotion. Auto-Registration tickets automatically register the player for the target event.
  20. “MPF Autumn 2026 €2,250 Package” and “MPF Autumn 2026 €600 Seat” tickets are issued online to package/seat winners as a placeholder prize for the live event and cannot be used online. “MPF Autumn 2026 €2,250 Package” and “MPF Autumn 2026 €600 Seat” tickets expire on October 28, 2026.
  21. By participating in this promotion, you confirm that you have been pre-registered with the event organizer, who acts as the data controller. For questions regarding data protection, please visit https://portomasocasino.com/information/data-protection-forms.html.
  22. If a tournament is canceled or interrupted, the operator will refund players’ buy-ins or Network Tickets, and they may register for the next available event. The operator will not offer players any additional compensation if the event is canceled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties.
  23. Only one (1) person per household, residential address, computer, or IP address may participate in the promotion.
  24. We [or a third party providing services to us in connection with this promotion (the “Third Party”)] will immediately disqualify you from the promotion if:
    1. you attempt, or we suspect you have attempted, to participate in the promotion using multiple accounts (either accounts held under multiple names with the operator or multiple accounts with companies within the operator’s group);
    2. we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have collaborated with other players to exploit the promotion; or
    3. we and/or a third party reserve the right to disqualify players if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies are taking place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions. The operator and/or a third party reserve the right to withhold a prize won if the operator is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that the person in question is ineligible to participate.
  25. We will withhold any [prize] you have won if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are not eligible to participate.
  26. We may modify or cancel this promotion or its terms and conditions without prior notice if such modification or cancellation is required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Such a modification shall not adversely affect players who have already participated or are participating in this promotion. In particular: If we cancel this promotion after you have participated in it, this shall not affect the validity of your participation.
  27. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland and shall be interpreted accordingly; you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Freienbach, Switzerland.
