On 29 September 2025, the Live Qualifiers for ‘The Festival in Bratislava’ will start. Packages and “seat-only” tickets for the main event at Banco Casino Bratislava, Slovakia will be up for grabs.

Terms of participation

  3. Details of the ‘The Festival in Bratislava’ live event:
    1. The Festival in Bratislava event dates: 18 November – 24 November 2025
    2. Venue: Banco Casino Bratislava, Slovakia
    3. Tournament: ‘The Festival Main Event – Day-1’ from 19 November 2025, buy-in € 550
      Players can choose one of the following Day-1 Flights:
      1. Day-1A on Tuesday, 19 November 2025
      2. Day-1B on Wednesday, 20 November 2025
      3. Day 1C & 1D Turbo on Thursday, 21 November 2025
      4. Day 1E & 1F Turbo on Friday, 22 November 2025
      5. Day-2 on Saturday, 23 November 2025
      6. Day-3 / Final 16 on Sunday, 24 November 2025
    4. All Hold'em multi-flight tournaments will play down to 12.5% of the field (ITM) on Day-1 of the Tournament.

    3. Hotel Accommodation: 6 nights at one of the hotels below or similar at the event organiser’s sole discretion and depending on availability of the hotels.

    5. Travel expenses including total travel costs: € 250.
      1. It is hereby clarified that players are responsible for booking their own travel and that players are solely responsible for ensuring that their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament (tourney), if required.
  5. Seat-only
    1. Total value: € 550
    2. Buy-in for the Main event: € 550
    3. No travel expenses or travel costs included.
  6. Packages and 'seat-only tickets' are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash. If players do not participate, they will lose their seat. All taxes, insurance and other expenses related to the prize are to be borne by the winners themselves.
  7. Please check the contents of the package carefully. Packages are provided 'as seen' and the operator is not liable in any way for the actions or omissions of third-party providers, including but not limited to airlines and transport service providers. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that the organiser is in no way responsible for the nature of the event or the prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claims and/or demands in this regard.
  8. By playing “The Festival in Bratislava” online tournaments you declare that you are willing and able to travel to Bratislava (Slovakia) to participate in “The Festival in Bratislava” live event. This includes all documents required for travel to the destination.
  9. All seats for “The Festival in Bratislava” won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament “The Festival Main Event - Day 1X” from 19 November 2025 (the “Destination Tournament”) or, if a player has won several seats, in another The Festival tournament from 18 November 2025 – 24 November 2025 in Bratislava.
  10. In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day-1 events (“The Festival Main Event - Day 1X”). The onus is on the player to play the first seat and then arrange transfer of additional seats won to another tournament or player if required.
  11. Players will only be able to carry over their largest stack to “The Festival Main Event - Day 2” on 23 November 2025, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Bratislava. All Hold'em multi-flight tournaments will play down to 12.5% of the field (ITM) on Day-1. If a player has already qualified to Day-2 and still has ME tickets left, they have an option to:
    1. Transfer the ticket to another player at the location.
    2. Change the ticket to other tournament tickets with a possibility to top up in cash.
  12. The person must make every effort to ensure that they play or use all places won. Under NO circumstances will refunds be granted by the organisers or the operator.
  13. To participate in the mission, you must log in once via the poker app for the duration of the mission qualification period.
  14. Qualification period for the mission:
    29/09/2025 00:00 GMT – 09/11/2025 17:00 GMT
  15. Maximum amount of “€100 The Festival Mission SK25” and “€125 MPF [mission] Sep25” entry tickets issued for completing the revenue mission: 1 per player during the mission qualification period.
  16. The mission will award “€100 The Festival Mission SK25” entry tickets that are valid only in “The Festival” tournaments during the promotion period. “€100 The Festival Mission SK25” entry tickets expire on 04 November 2025.
  17. Satellites will award “€0.25 The Festival SK2025 Auto”, “€3 The Festival SK2025 Auto”, “€3 The Festival SK2025 Entry”, “€15 The Festival SK2025 Auto”, “€15 The Festival SK2025 Entry”, €100 The Festival SK2025”, “€100 The Festival SK2025 Auto”, “€0.50 The Festival SK2025 Auto”, “€5 The Festival SK2025 Auto”, “€5 The Festival SK2025 Entry”, “€50 The Festival SK2025 Auto” and “€50 The Festival SK2025 Entry” entry tickets which can only be used in “The Festival in Bratislava” Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the promotion is in progress. The tickets expire after the promotion ends. For tickets with automatic registration [-Auto], the player is automatically registered for the target event.
  18. All “€XX The Festival SK2025 Entry“ tickets expire 2 months after having been issued. After the promotion period they will be linked to all tournaments.
  19. All “€XX The Festival SK2025 Auto” auto registration entry tickets are valid only in “The Festival” target tournaments during the promotion period and directly register players to the target event.
  20. By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have been pre-registered to play with the event organizer, who is considered the data controller. For any privacy related questions, please go to https://www.thefestival.com/privacy-policy.
  21. If a tournament (tourney) is cancelled or interrupted, the operator will refund the players' buy-in or network tickets and they can register for the next available event. The operator will not offer players any additional compensation if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
  22. Only one (1) person per family, residential address, computer or IP address may participate in the promotion. Only one (1) entry per player is permitted in the promotion.
  23. We or any third parties providing services to us in connection with this promotion (the “Third Parties”) will immediately disqualify you from the promotion if:
    1. you attempt or we suspect that you have attempted to participate in the promotion using more accounts (either accounts held under multiple names with the operator or more accounts with different companies within the operator group);
    2. we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have colluded with other players to take advantage of the promotion; or
    3. we and/or third parties reserve the right to disqualify players if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies are taking place. Players must comply with the terms and conditions of participation. The operator and/or third parties reserve the right to withhold any prize won by a person whom the operator knows or has reasonable grounds to believe is not eligible to participate.
  24. We will withhold any prize you have won if we believe that you are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
  25. We may change or cancel this promotion or its conditions without notice if the change or cancellation is necessary for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Such a change will not adversely affect players who have already participated or are participating in this promotion. In particular, if we cancel this promotion after you have participated in it, this will not affect the validity of your participation.
