6. Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash. The seat must either be played or surrendered. All taxes, insurance and other costs associated with the winnings are the sole responsibility of the respective winner.
7. Please check the contents of the Package carefully. Packages are provided on an ‘as is’ basis and the Operator accepts no liability for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines or transport companies. For the avoidance of doubt, the Operator accepts no responsibility for the nature of the event or the prizes or their quality and you hereby waive any claims or demands in this regard.
8. By participating in The Festival in Rozvadov online tournaments, you declare that you are willing and able to travel to Rozvadov (Czech Republic) to participate in the live event. This includes all necessary travel documents to enter the destination country.
9. All seats for The Festival in Rozvadov won via an online platform must be used in one of the target tournaments: ‘Event #40 - The Festival Main Event Day-1X’ from 11 to 16 June 2025 or ‘Event #32 - Mixed Games Main Event HORSES Day-1’ from 9 to 11 June 2025 (the ‘Target Tournament’) or - if a player has won multiple seats - in another The Festival tournament between 6 and 16 June 2025 in Rozvadov.
10. The maximum amount of The Festival in Rozvadov packages that a player can win via online satellites is one package per player for the entire duration of the promotion. Once a player has won a package, he or she will be excluded from all further package satellites for the duration of the promotion. However, the player may still participate in seat-only satellites after winning a package.
11. If a player wins multiple seats, he or she may play multiple Day 1 events of ‘Event #40 - The Festival Main Event Day-1X’ or ‘Event #32 - Mixed Games Main Event HORSES Day-1X’. It is the player's responsibility to play the first seat and, if necessary, to transfer any further seats won to another tournament (tourney) or another person.
12. The ‘Event #40 - The Festival Main Event’ will be played in multistack mode. Day-1 ends when 12.5% of the field remains. These players are automatically in the money (ITM), get a minimum bonus of€ 1000 and qualify for Day-2. If a player qualifies for Day-2 multiple times, each ITM will be paidout / cashout / collect, but only the largest qualifying stack will remain in play for Day-2.
13. The ‘Event #32 - Mixed Games Main Event HORSES’ will also be played in multistack mode. Day-1 ends after 10 game levels. If a player qualifies for Day-2 multiple times, only the largest stack remains in play.
14. If a player has already qualified for Day 2 and still has Main Event tickets, they have the following options:

    a. Play another Day 1.

    b. Transfer the ticket to another person on site.

    c. Exchange the ticket for another tournament ticket (possibly with additional payment in cash).

15. The player should do his or her best to play/use all seats won. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances, neither by the organisers nor by the operator.

17. Satellites award tickets such as '€XXX The Festival 2025 CZ Entry', '€100 The Festival CZ [PACKAGE]' or '€XXX The Festival 2025 CZ Auto' (automatic sign up; sign in). These can only be used during the promotion in 'The Festival in Rozvadov' qualifiers. Tickets expire after the promotion period. '€XXX The Festival 2025 CZ Auto' tickets sign players up; sign in directly for the target tournament.
18. If a tournament (tourney) is cancelled or interrupted, the operator will refund the buy-in or ticket so that players can sign up; sign in for the next available event. No additional compensation will be paid unless this has been expressly agreed between the parties.
19. To be able to play on the operator's platform, you must be at least 18 years old and not be barred from gambling; game of chance.
20. The Operator, the organiser and/or third parties providing services for this promotion (‘Third Parties’) reserve the right to exclude players with multiple accounts.
21. The operator, organiser and/or third parties reserve the right to disqualify players if collusion or abusive strategies are suspected. Players must fulfil these terms of participation. Winnings may be withheld if the player is not eligible to participate.
