Terms of Participation
  1. The operator running this promotion is Casino Zürichsee AG, based in Freienbach SZ (hereinafter "swisscasinos"), which belongs to the Swiss Casinos Group (the "Operator" or "we").
  2. These terms (the "Promotional Terms") apply to this promotion in addition to the general terms and conditions of swisscasinos.
  3. All players who are eligible to participate in this promotion (see below) and who take part in it are deemed to have accepted and to be bound by these Promotional Terms.
  4. To be eligible to participate in the promotion, you must:
    • be at least eighteen (18) years old.
    • not use a virtual private network (VPN) to access the poker software;
    • hold or have opened a valid account with the Operator, with your identity verified by us;
    • not be an employee, or a family member of an employee, of the Operator, its ultimate parent company, or any subsidiary and/or affiliated company of the Operator or its parent company (together the "Operator Group") and/or their agents; and
    • not (i) be barred from participating in gambling for any reason or (ii) have self-excluded from gambling with the Operator through a multi-operator self-exclusion scheme (for example VETO).

  6. The Killarney Festival 2026 is a Live Event taking place from 13 October 2026 to 18 October 2026 at the INEC Arena, Gleneagle Hotel, Killarney, Ireland ("The Killarney Festival 2026"). Live Event details:
    • Event dates: 13 October 2026 - 18 October 2026
    • Venue: INEC Arena, Gleneagle Hotel, Killarney, Ireland
    • €400,000 Guarantee Main Event with a buy-in of €700:
      • "Killarney Main Event Day-1" from 15 October 2026 to 18 October 2026
    • Day-1A & Day-1B on Thursday, 15/10/2026
    • Day-1C, Day-1D & Day-1E on Friday, 16/10/2026
    • Day-1F, Day-1G Hyper & Day-2 on Saturday, 17/10/2026
    • Final on Sunday, 18/10/2026. Players can choose any Day-1 flight. "Killarney Main Event Day-1" is played until the end of Level 15, except for Day-1G Hyper, which is played until the end of Level 8. All remaining players advance to Day-2. Players reach the minimum cash during Day-2 once 10% of the field remains.

    • A total of €300 spending money is included. The €300 included in the package is granted solely as cash-equivalent spending money. It is not a reimbursement for travel, accommodation, or any other expenses. All travel arrangements and related costs, including but not limited to flights, transfers, insurance, visas, and incidental expenses, are solely the responsibility of the relevant player and will under no circumstances be reimbursed or covered by the Operator, iPoker, or the event organiser. For the avoidance of doubt, players are solely responsible for booking their own travel and for ensuring that their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the host country of the tournament if applicable.
  7. Seat information. Total prize value: €700. Main Event buy-in: €700. No spending money or travel expenses included.
  8. Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into cash. You must play the seat or forfeit it. Any taxes, insurance, and other costs associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.
  9. Please review the package contents carefully. Packages are provided on an "AS-IS" basis, and the Operator shall in no way be liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines and transport providers. For the avoidance of doubt, the Operator is in no way responsible for the nature of the event or the prizes, nor for their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claims and/or demands in this regard.
  10. By playing the online tournaments for The Killarney Festival 2026, you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Killarney, Ireland, in order to take part in The Killarney Festival 2026 Live Event. This includes all documents required for travel to the destination.
  11. All seats for "The Killarney Festival 2026" won via an online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament "Killarney Main Event Day-1 X" from 15 October to 18 October (the "Destination Tournament") or, if a player has won multiple seats, in another The Killarney Festival tournament taking place in Killarney from 13 October to 18 October 2026.
  12. If a player wins multiple seats, they may enter multiple Day-1 events "Killarney Main Event Day-1X". It is the player's responsibility to play the first seat and then, if needed, arrange the transfer of any additional seats won to another tournament or another player.
  13. "Killarney Main Event Day-1" is played until the end of Level 15, except for Day-1G Hyper, which is played until the end of Level 8. All remaining players advance to Day-2. Players reach the minimum cash during Day-2 once 10% of the field remains. Players may take part in multiple Day-1 events ("Killarney Main Event Day-1"). Should they qualify in Killarney through multiple Day-1 events, they may carry only their biggest stack into "Killarney Main Event Day-2" on 18 October 2026.
  14. If a player has already qualified for Day-2 and still has Main Event tickets left, the following options are available:
    • Play another Day-1.
    • Transfer the ticket to another player on site.
    • Exchange the ticket for tickets to other tournaments, with the option to top up in cash.
  15. The relevant player must make every effort to ensure that all won seats are played / used. Under NO circumstances will refunds be made by the event organisers and/or the Operator.

  17. To take part in the mission, players must opt in once via the poker software for the duration of the mission qualification period defined below.
  18. Mission qualification period: 20/07/2026 00:00 GMT - 27/09/2026 17:00 GMT
  19. Maximum number of "€100 Killarney 2026 [Mission]" entry tickets issued for completing the mission: 1 per player during the mission qualification period.
  20. The mission awards "€100 Killarney 2026 [Mission]" entry tickets that are valid only for "Killarney" tournaments during the promotion period. "€100 Killarney 2026 [Mission]" entry tickets expire on 28/09/2026.
  21. Satellites award "€XXX Killarney 2026 Entry", "€100 Killarney 2026 [PACKAGE]" tickets, or "€XXX Killarney 2026 Auto" auto-registration tickets that may only be used in qualifier-related "The Killarney Festival 2026" tournaments during the promotion period. The tickets expire after the promotion period. "€XXX Killarney 2026 Auto" auto-registration tickets register the relevant player directly for the destination tournament.
  22. "KILLARNEY 2026 €1,800 Package" & "KILLARNEY 2026 €700 Seat" tickets are issued to online winners as a placeholder prize for the Live Event and cannot be used online. They expire on 15/10/2026.
  23. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, the Operator returns the buy-in or the network tickets to the players, and they may register for the next available event. The Operator offers no additional compensation to players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
  24. Only one (1) person per family, home address, computer, or IP address may take part in the promotion. Only one (1) participation in the promotion is permitted per player.
  25. We [or third parties providing us with services in connection with this promotion (the "Third Parties")] will disqualify you from the promotion immediately if:
    1. you attempt, or we suspect that you have attempted, to participate in the promotion using multiple accounts (either accounts under multiple names with the Operator or multiple accounts with companies of the Operator Group);
    2. we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have colluded with other players in order to exploit the promotion; or
    3. we and/or Third Parties reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies are taking place. Players must meet the eligibility requirements set out in these terms. The Operator and/or Third Parties reserve the right to withhold any prize won if the Operator knows or has reasonable grounds to believe that the relevant person is not eligible.
  26. We will withhold any [prize] won by you if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
  27. We may amend or cancel this promotion or its terms without prior notice if the amendment or cancellation is required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Such an amendment must not adversely affect players who have already participated or are currently taking part in this promotion. In particular, cancelling this promotion after your participation does not affect the validity of your participation.
  28. These terms of participation are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swiss law, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Freienbach, Switzerland.
