Terms of Participation
  1. The Operator running this Promotion is Casino Zürichsee AG, based in Freienbach SZ (hereinafter referred to as “swisscasinos”), which is part of the Swiss Casinos Group, (the “Operator” or “We”).
  2. These terms (the “Promotional Terms”) apply to the promotion and are additional to the standard terms and conditions of swisscasinos.
  3. All entrants that are eligible (see below) for this promotion, and participate in it, will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Promotional Terms.
  4. To be eligible to participate in the promotion, you must:
    • be at least eighteen (18) years old.
    • not use a virtual private network (VPN) to access the poker software;
    • hold or have opened a valid account with Operator whereby we have verified your identity;
    • not be an employee, or family member of any employee, of the Operator, its ultimate parent company, or any subsidiary and/or affiliated company of Operator or its parent company (collectively the “Operator Group”) and/or their agents; and
    • not (i) be prohibited from participating in any gambling activities for any reason; or (ii) have self-excluded from gambling with Operator, via any multi-operator self-exclusion scheme (for example, VETO).

    • Irish Open Main Event Day 1X - €2,500,000 Guaranteed” from 21st March 2027 to 26th March 2027, buy-in of €1,150
    • “Mini Irish Open Day 1X - €1,000,000 GTD” from 18th March 2027 to 28th March 2027, buy-in of €250

  7. Package Info
    • Total Value of the package: €2,250
    • “Irish Open Main Event Day 1X - €2,500,000 Guaranteed” Buy-In / Tournament credit: €1,150
    • Spending money including travel expenses: € 1,100.
    • The tournament credit must be used within 12 months of winning the package online in an Irish Open live event designated by the event organiser. Eligible events may include the Irish Open Marrakech event scheduled from 10 November 2026 to 15 November 2026 (for players who qualify before that event takes place), the Irish Open Dublin event scheduled from 18 March 2027 to 29 March 2027, and any other Irish Open live event designated by the Event organiser during the validity period of the tournament credit.
    • The first Main Event seat won via the online platform must be used in the Irish Open Main Event in Dublin from 21 March 2027 to 26 March 2027 or in another eligible Irish Open live event designated by the event organiser, including the Irish Open Marrakech event from 10 November 2026 to 15 November 2026 where the player qualifies before that event takes place.
    • The first Mini Event seat won via the online platform must be used in the Mini Irish Open event in Dublin from 18 March 2027 to 28 March 2027 or in another eligible Irish Open live event designated by the event organiser, including the Irish Open Marrakech event from 10 November 2026 to 15 November 2026 where the player qualifies before that event takes place.
    • It is hereby clarified that the players shall be responsible for booking their own travel & accommodation arrangements and the players shall be solely responsible for making sure their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament, if applicable.
  8. Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.
  9. Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Operator shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Operator shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.
  10. By playing the Irish Open tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Dublin (Ireland) or any other destination where an Irish Open Tour event is hosted (e.g. Marrakech, Morocco) in order to participate at the Irish Open event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.
  11. The first Main Event seats for the Irish Poker Open won via an Online platform MUST be used in the Main Event Destination Tournament “Irish Open Main Event Day 1 X” from 21st March 2027 to 26th March 2027 in Dublin (the “Main Event Destination Tournament”) OR another eligible Irish Open live event designated by the event organiser.
  12. In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events “Irish Open Main Event Day 1X”) or use the €1,150 buy in to enter another event (any other €1,150 buy in event or as a part-payment for entry into any events with buy ins over €1,150) within 12 months of winning the seat online. Players will only be able to carry over their largest stack into “ Irish Open Main Event Day 2”, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events.
  13. The first Mini Event seats for the Irish Poker Open won via an Online platform MUST be used in the Mini Event Destination Tournament “Mini Irish Open Day 1X” from 18th March 2027 to 28th March 2027 in Dublin (the “ Mini Event Destination Tournament”) OR another eligible Irish Open live event designated by the event organiser.
  14. In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events “Mini Irish Open Day 1X”) or use the €250 buy in to enter another event. Players will only be able to carry over their largest stack into “ Mini Irish Open Final Day”, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events.
  15. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the Operator.
  16. Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in Irish Open 2027 Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the promotion is in progress.
  17. “€0.25 IPO 2027 PACKAGE Entry”, “€3 IPO 2027 PACKAGE Entry”, “€15 IPO 2027 PACKAGE Entry”, “€150 IPO 2027 [PACKAGE]”, “€5 IPO 2027 SEATS Entry”, “€50 IPO 2027 SEATS Entry”, “€1 MINI IRISH OPEN 2027 Entry” and “€10 MINI IRISH OPEN 2027 Entry” tickets are valid only in “IRISH OPEN” tournaments during the Promotion Period and expire 2 months after having been issued. After the Promotion Period they will be linked to all tournaments.
  18. “€150 IPO 2027 [Mission]” entry tickets can only be used to register for “IRISH OPEN PACKAGE #x€2,250|D1” tournaments and expire on 08/03/2027.
  19. Players who win “€0.25 IPO 2027 PACKAGE Auto”, “€3 IPO 2027 PACKAGE Auto”, “€15 IPO 2027 PACKAGE Auto”, “€150 IPO 2027 [PCKG] Auto” (expire on 08/03/2027), “€0.5 IPO 2027 SEATS Auto”, “€5 IPO 2027 SEATS Auto”, “€50 IPO 2027 SEATS Auto” (expire on 09/03/2027) and “€10 MINI IRISH OPEN 2027 Auto” (expires on 09/03/2027) auto-registration entry tickets will be automatically registered to the next target tournament after qualifying from a respective satellite.
  20. “Irish Open 2027 €2,250 Package”, “Irish Open 2027 €1,150 Seat” & “Irish Open 2027 €250 Mini Seat” tickets will be issued online to package / seat winners as a placeholder prize for the live event and cannot be used online. “Irish Open 2027 €2,250 Package”, “Irish Open 2027 €1,150 Seat” online tickets expire on 21/03/2027. “Irish Open 2027 €250 Mini Seat” online tickets expire on 18/03/2027. The tournament credit expires within 12 months of winning the seat online.
  21. By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you will be pre-registered to play with the event organiser, who is considered the data controller.   22. To participate in the mission, players must opt in once for the duration of the Mission Qualification Period, as defined below via the poker software.
  23. Missions Qualification Period: 07/09/2026 00:00 GMT – 07/03/2027 18:00 GMT.
    • Weekly Low Missions Qualification Period: Monday 00:00 GMT – Sunday 23:59 GMT, except on the final Sunday 07/03/2027 it ends at 18:00 GMT.
    • Monthly High Missions Qualification Periods:
      • September: 07/09/2026 00:00 GMT – 30/09/2026 23:59 o October: 01/10/2026 00:00 GMT – 31/10/2026 23:59 o November: 01/11/2026 00:00 GMT – 30/11/2026 23:59 o December: 01/12/2026 00:00 GMT – 31/12/2026 23:59 o January: 01/01/2027 00:00 GMT – 31/01/2027 23:59 o February: 01/02/2027 00:00 GMT – 07/03/2027 18:00 GMT
  24. Maximum amount of “€150 IPO 2027 [Mission]” entry tickets issued for completing the High mission: 1 per player per month during the mission Qualification Period.
  25. Maximum amount of “€15 IPO 2027 PACKAGE Entry” entry tickets issued for completing the Low mission: 1 per player per week during the mission Qualification Period.
  26. The low mission will award "€15 IPO 2027 PACKAGE Entry” entry tickets that are valid only in €15 buy in “IRISH OPEN Xx€150|PCKG|Step3” satellites until 07/03/2027. "€15 IPO 2027 PACKAGE Entry” entry tickets expire 2 months after having been issued.
  27. The high mission will award “€150 IPO 2027 [Mission]” entry tickets that are valid only in “IRISH OPEN PACKAGE Xx€2,250|D1” tournaments until 07/03/2027. “€150 IPO 2027 [Mission]” entry tickets expire on the 08/03/2027.
  28. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the eve nt is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
  29. Only one (1) person per family, home address, computer, or IP address can enter the promotion.
  30. We, [or any third party providing services to us in connection with this promotion (the “Third Party”)] will disqualify you from the promotion immediately if:
    1. you attempt, or We suspect that you have attempted, to participate in the promotion using multiple accounts (either accounts held under multiple names with Operator, or multiple accounts across any Operator Group company);
    2. We reasonably suspect that you have colluded with other players to take advantage of the promotion; or
    3. We and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Operator is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.
  31. We will withhold any [prize] won by you if We reasonably believe that you are ineligible to participate in the promotion.
  32. We may amend or cancel this promotion or amends its terms and conditions without notice if the amendment or cancellation is required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Any such amendment will not have a detrimental effect on any players that have already participated, or are participating in, this promotion. In particular, if We cancel this promotion after you have entered it, that will not affect the validity of your participation in it.
  33. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Freienbach, Switzerland.
