1. NEW CARD LAYOUT OPTIONS

To make the gaming experience even more exciting, we have improved the display of your own and your opponents’ cards.

Players can now customise their card layout settings in the relevant app settings. They can choose between the regular (1) and fan (2) layouts, as well as between the regular size (3) and small size (4) for opponents’ cards.

The player’s layout settings are displayed immediately at the poker table.

Example illustrating the ‘Regular’ (1) and ‘Fan’ (2) card layouts, as well as the ‘Regular’ (3) and ‘Small’ (4) sizes for opponents’ cards at the poker table:

As shown above, the selected card layout (regular or Fan) is applied not only to the hero’s cards but also to their opponents’ cards.

Please note that the fan card layout is supported for different games in the various apps.

  • desktop app
    • The fan layout is supported for Hold’em, Six Plus Hold’em and 4-card Omaha.
  • mobile app
    • The fan layout is supported for Hold’em and Six Plus Hold’em.
  • web app
    • The fan layout is supported for Hold’em, Six Plus Hold’em, 4-card and 5-card Omaha, and 5 Card Draw. However, the fan layout is not supported for 5-card games started via the web app from a mobile device.

If a player has selected the fan layout option and participates in a game for which it is not supported, the app will switch to the regular card layout (Standard).

This improvement is available in the desktop app, mobile app and web app.

2. IMPROVED FILTERING FUNCTIONALITY IN DESKTOP AND MOBILE APPS

To enhance the player experience and make it easier to filter available games, we have implemented the following changes in this version:

  • Saving players’ filter selections per game lobby – from now on, the desktop app and mobile app will remember the filters a player has selected in a specific lobby and automatically apply them the next time the player opens that lobby. This allows players to find their favourite games more quickly.
Previously, the filters were reset to their default values every time a player opened a specific lobby.
  • Improved custom filtering – In this version, we have improved the custom filtering of blinds in the cash game views and of buy-ins in the SNG and MTT game views by adding a ‘Range’ toggle that allows players to specify whether they wish to set a custom area for blinds or buy-ins. In other words, from now on, when a player opens the relevant filter for blinds or buy-ins and selects the ‘Custom’ option, they can adjust the newly added ‘Range’ toggle.
    • If the ‘Range’ toggle is enabled (as is the default), the slider becomes active, allowing the player to set their custom area for blinds or buy-ins.
    • If the ‘Range’ toggle is deactivated, the slider is greyed out and inactive.

Example showing the stake filter with the ‘Custom’ option selected, the ‘Range’ toggle enabled and the stake slider visible:

The changes are available in both the desktop app and the mobile app.

3. ‘FINAL TABLE REPLAYS’ FEATURE

Overview

The ‘Final Table Replays’ feature introduced in this version is designed to boost player engagement and increase the value of completed tournaments. It allows players to rewatch the final tables of selected multi-table tournaments, offering a new way to relive the most thrilling moments of major tournaments. By rewatching the action at the final table, players can also:

  • Analyse the gameplay and gain insights into their opponents’ strategies and habits.
  • Improve their own performance by learning from real tournament situations.
  • Relive unforgettable hands and dramatic closing stages.

The ‘Final Table Replays’ feature is supported in the desktop app and the web app.

Player Experience

Players can only view final table replays from tournaments that are configured to save a replay of the final table action. Final table replays are displayed in a dedicated view, which can be accessed either via a tile on the home screen (1) or via an entry in the navigation menu (2).

Please note:

  • The tile for final table replays displays the number of available replays, as shown above.
  • The navigation menu item in the desktop app is displayed in the side navigation panel, whilst in the web app it can be found in the burger menu.

When the player clicks or taps on the relevant tile or the option in the side menu, they are redirected to a view listing only final table replays. Any tournament marked for a replay becomes available in this view as soon as the last hand has ended and it gets the status ‘Completed’.

By default, the view displays final table replays from tournaments played in the last 30 days. However, the replay window may vary depending on the configuration.

Examples of final table replay views in the desktop app (3) and the web app (4).

As shown above, the final table replay views follow the existing structure of the regular MTT views, with the key difference being that players can use them exclusively to access final table replays. In other words, in such a view, players can:

  • view all tournaments marked for replay.
  • use the available filters to find specific tournament replays
  • check tournament details in the tournament lobby and in the sidebar of the desktop app.
  • Start the final table replay for the selected tournament.

In both apps, players can start the replay using the ‘Replay’ button in the tournament lobby (5). In the desktop app, however, players can also start the replay of the selected tournament using the ‘Replay’ button in the right-hand sidebar (6).

When a player selects the ‘Replay’ button, a new window opens displaying the replay of the final table.

As shown above, the table displayed is simplified and focuses exclusively on visualising the action at the selected final table. The table header clearly indicates that this is a replay, whilst the table footer contains a progress bar for navigating through the hands, as well as some basic video controls.

Apart from the gameplay animations (such as dealing cards, dealing chips, etc.), there are no other animations. In other words, the player sees only the most essential elements of the game – the players’ cards (shown face-up), the community cards (if any, depending on the game variant) and the chips.

The replay plays automatically as soon as the player starts it. The player has the following options:

  • use the slider at the bottom to scroll through the hands played.
The hand currently being displayed is shown in the bottom left-hand corner of the table.
  • Play or pause the replay using the ‘Play/Pause’ button displayed.
  • Use the ‘Back’ and ‘Next’ buttons to the left and right of the ‘Play/Pause’ button to jump to the previous or next hand.
  • Change the playback speed by clicking the symbol at the bottom right of the table and then selecting the desired playback speed.
The default playback speed of 1x shows the game action at its actual speed.

4. DISPLAY OF TIME REMAINING FOR LATE REGISTRATION

To enhance the gaming experience, from now on, when a tournament is in ‘Late Registration’ status, the time remaining for late registration (LR) will be displayed in both the game lobby (1) and the tournament lobby (2).

The format for displaying the remaining time for late registration is as follows:

  • Less than one minute remaining for late registration: A countdown in seconds is displayed.
  • Less than one hour remaining for late registration: The remaining time is displayed in minutes.
  • More than one hour of late registration time remaining: The remaining time is displayed in hours and minutes.

The change has been implemented across all poker apps.

5. DISPLAY OF ALL-IN ODDS FOR OMAHA GAMES

In this version, we have enhanced the Omaha games by implementing all-in odds. This means that from now on, whenever two or more players go all-in during an Omaha game, the app will display each player’s probability of winning for that hand. The probabilities displayed change as the hand progresses. Both players and spectators at the table can view the all-in odds.

Important: If players go all-in before the flop, the poker apps do not display their all-in odds during the pre-flop phase. However, the all-in odds are displayed as soon as the hand progresses through the various streets (flop, turn and river).

This improvement has been implemented for Omaha games in all poker apps. The change is not supported for Omaha Hi/Lo games.

6. ‘FOLD WITH RIGHT CLICK’ FEATURE

To enhance the gaming experience and speed up gameplay, this version introduces the option to fold by right-clicking.

The right-click behaviour can be configured via the new ‘Right-click action’ drop-down menu, which can be found in the app settings under ‘In-game features > Betting buttons’.

As shown above, players can choose between the following two options for the right-click:

  • Normal – Right-clicking simply opens the table theme editor (as before).
  • Fold – Right-clicking anywhere on the table when it is the player’s turn causes them to fold their current hand. This also applies to Speed Fold – right-clicking on a Speed table when Speed Fold is available triggers a Speed Fold.

Please note that clicking on the table when it is not the player’s turn will still open the table design editor.

This feature is available in the desktop app.
