1 - REVAMPED DESKTOP APP AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD (Windows / macOS)

We are delighted to present our completely revamped desktop app! The updated client offers state-of-the-art graphics and improved features for a fast-paced and immersive gaming experience.

Feature Release

Thanks to its sleek design and intuitive navigation, players can easily navigate through the app and quickly find what they are looking for. The lobby is resizable, allowing players to customise the client to their liking for maximum comfort.

The desktop app consists entirely of widgets (similar to the mobile app).

2 - POKER TRANSACTION HISTORY EXPORT FUNCTION

The transaction history export feature gives players easy access to detailed reports on their game history. Players can export and analyse data in formats such as HTML, CSV or Excel. In addition, players can use the files with third-party poker trackers to quickly examine financial statistics using various charts and graphs.

The feature is available as a new tab on the History page called Poker Transaction History.

Feature Release

The player can choose whether to display transactions in the account currency or the game currency. Once everything is ready, the player can request a transaction report. When the report is generated, the player can open it to review their transaction history.

Please note:

  • Players can request a maximum of 12 transaction reports per day (this limit can be adjusted to suit your business requirements). When players reach this limit, the app will display a message to that effect.
  • The maximum allowed interval for the transaction report is 1 year, meaning players can review their transaction data up to one year back.

The "Export Poker Transaction History" feature is supported in the desktop and web apps.

3 - NEW FUNCTION FOR EDITING PLAYER NOTES

To enhance the gaming experience, a brand new player notes editor has been introduced in this version. With this new tool, players can add player notes at the poker table and add, edit, import or delete notes in a new area of the app settings.

Adding player notes at the poker table

If the player is at the poker table and wants to add a note for a specific opponent, they can do so as before by clicking on the respective opponent and specifying the note colour and text either in the player HUD pop-up (1) if the player HUD is active, or in the special notes pop-up (2) if the Player HUD is not available or disabled for the player.

Feature Release

When the player hovers the mouse over a specific colour, the name specified for that colour is displayed.

Feature Release

By default, there are 8 colours with the labels "Custom Label 1" to "Custom Label 8". The player can also add custom colours with custom labels from the "Player Notes" view.
Details on this can be found in the next section.

Please note that all notes added for a specific player at the table are displayed in the "Player Notes" view in the app settings and vice versa.

Adding/editing/removing/importing player notes from the app settings

Players can access the player notes editor via the newly added "Player Notes" subsection in the app settings (Settings > Gameplay > Player Notes).

Feature Release

In this view, the player can add notes about each of their opponents. To do this, the player must select the "Add New Player Note" button, enter the opponent's nickname in the pop-up window, and click the "Add" button. A note for the specified player will then appear on the page without text, colour, or label.

Feature Release

Clicking on the text "(No label)" on the right-hand side opens a drop-down menu with the available colours and labels.

Feature Release

Select a colour-label pair or leave the note without a colour and label by selecting the (No label) option. The player can also set a custom colour and label by selecting the "Edit player note labels" button at the bottom of the drop-down menu (as shown in the image above).

After selecting the button, a pop-up window appears where the player can edit and rearrange the available labels (regular and custom), create new labels, or delete a label.

Feature Release

Once the player has created the required custom labels and confirmed their configuration by clicking the "OK" button, the custom labels will be available in the drop-down list on the "Player Notes" page and at the poker table. Note that the player will initially see the colour of the custom label at the poker table; the name of the label will only be displayed when they hover over it with the mouse.

After selecting a label and colour, fill in the text field below the drop-down menu with the actual text of the note.

In addition to adding notes, you can also:

  • Search for existing notes by entering the name of the player assigned to the note in the search field.
  • Delete an existing note using the delete icon on the right-hand side of each note entry.
  • Edit an existing note by changing the text and label colour.
  • View the location of the XML file containing the player notes in the Player Notes Location field.
  • Import XML files containing player notes or custom labels using the Import button. The imported information is immediately displayed in the Player Notes view.

As soon as you add, edit or delete a player note, the changes are immediately available at the poker table.

Info Icon

Note:

  1. All existing player notes, including their colours, have been migrated and can be used in the new player notes editor. Please note that the new player notes editor contains labels for the different note colours, so migrated notes will be assigned the default labels for their respective colours.
  2. The notes of all inactive players (players who have not logged in for 3 or more years) will be deleted.

The player note editor is only available in the desktop app.

4 - DISPLAY OF STARTING CHIPS IN BIG BLINDS

In this version, we have implemented an improvement that displays the player's starting chips in big blind (BB) during late registration. In other words, when a player registers/re-enters/makes a rebuy/add-on during late registration, they will now see the number of their starting chips followed by the starting chips expressed in BB.

Feature Release

Once late registration is over, the BB information is removed and players will only see their starting chip count.

In summary, the starting chips in BB are displayed in the following places:

  • In the "registration", "Multi-Entry" and "re-entry" dialogue boxes. Please note:

    • In the re-entry dialogue box, the value of the starting chips in BB is displayed in the confirmation pop-up.
    • In multi-entry tournaments, the starting chip value in BB is displayed in the registration pop-up under the player's entries per registration.
  • In the rebuy/Addon dialogues. Please note that in these dialogues, the BB value is based on the current BB of the tournament.
  • In the "starting chips" field in the tournament lobby.

The improvement is available for multi-table tournaments in all apps.

5 - REDESIGNED TWISTER LOBBY

In Poker version 25.03, we introduced an exciting new Twister lobby that presents Twister tournaments in a more visually appealing and attractive way. This updated lobby has been designed to display all Twister types on a single page. However, the lobby can also be set to display only Twisters of a specific type.

Contents of the new Twister lobby

At the top of the page, there is a button that allows players to play the Twister tutorial. In the middle of the page, all available Twister tournaments (tourneys) are listed as tiles; each tile of a specific type has a unique design.

Feature Release

Please note that in addition to the regular Twister tiles, tournaments configured with Twister BOOST are represented by tiles with special designs.

Feature Release

Logging in for a specific Twister tournament

The behaviour of the game tiles varies depending on the device used to access the app.

  • Web app opened on a desktop device – clicking on a game tile flips it over, allowing the player to:
    • See the maximum possible winnings (text "Prize pool up to").
    • Select the number of games they wish to log in for (using the arrows to the left and right below the number of games).
    • See the total price of the buy-in (displayed under the text 'Registration fee'). If the player logs in to multiple Twisters of this buy-in, this is reflected in the registration fee.
    • Register for the tournament (Play button). By clicking on the Play button, the player is registered and the corresponding Twister table is opened.

Example of a flipped Twister tile:

Feature Release

Please note that on mobile devices, players can only register for a single Twister with a specific buy-in at a time.

The new Twister lobby is available in the web app.

6 - NEW REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR TWISTER

To improve the gaming experience in all poker apps, we have optimised the registration process for Twister tournaments.

When a player selects a Twister tournament and clicks/taps on its tile, a new registration pop-up appears with the following elements:

  1. Visual preview – An image representing the selected Twister type (e.g. Classic Hold'em Twister, etc.).
  2. Tournament details – Twister type and the corresponding buy-in amount.
  3. Prize highlight – A "Prize pool up to" message displaying the maximum possible prize pool.
  4. Game selection – Arrows that allow players to select how many Twister they want to register for.
  5. Total cost – The cost of registration, which is dynamically updated based on the selected number of games.
  6. Play button – Registers the player for the selected Twister tournament(s) and opens the corresponding table(s).
Feature Release

The new Twister registration is available in all poker apps. However, please note that the web app only supports the new registration in its redesigned Twister lobby.

7 - BRAND NEW "Twister Big Wins" WIDGET

To improve visibility, we are introducing the "Twister Big Wins" widget, which displays the best Twister winners.

Each tile shows the Twister multiplier, buy-in, total prize, type (Classic, etc.), end date, the label "NEW" for each new entry, and the Twister BOOST symbol if the reward was won with help from the Twister BOOST feature.

The designs differ in the way the winnings are displayed:

  • Gold design: For each player who has won a prize from a tournament that meets the specified conditions of the gold design, the gold design widget displays the player's rank, nickname, avatar, and prize won. If a player has won multiple prizes, the prizes are separated by a "+" sign. If there is not enough space to list all prizes, the symbol '...' appears. If you hover over the '...' on desktop devices or tap on the '...' on mobile devices, a tooltip opens with a list of all prizes won.
  • Silver and bronze themes: The respective silver/bronze theme displays the avatar of each player who has won a prize from a Twister that meets the conditions specified for that theme. Hovering over the avatar or tapping on it displays a tooltip with the player's nickname, rank and prize won.

Example of the "Twister Big Wins" widget in the mobile apps and web apps:

Feature Release

The Twister Big Wins widget is supported in all poker apps.

8 - IMPROVED NAVIGATION IN THE WEB APP

To simplify navigation in the web app, we have implemented the option to change the lobby views using the left and right arrows or by swiping, even when the home page is set.

In other words, when the player opens a specific lobby via the game tiles in the "Poker Games" area of the home page, the left and right arrows are displayed, allowing the player to navigate to the other lobby. The player can also change the game views by swiping left/right.

Feature Release

Please note that when a player accesses a game view via a banner or the "Featured" widget, navigation between the different views is not available and the player must return to the home page to open another game view.

9 - SUPPORT FOR SIT&GO'S IN THE WEB APP

To improve the gaming experience, the web app now supports Sit&Go tournaments. Sit&Go's are listed in the newly implemented Sit&Go lobby.

Contents of the Sit&Go lobby

The new Sit&Go lobby is structured similarly to the tournament lobby. It contains a Sit&Go logo, a "Filter" button for easy tournament search, and tiles that display the available/filtered Sit&Go tournaments.

Feature Release
  • Selecting the "Filter" button opens a new view where players can apply the following filter criteria:

    • Search by tournament name.
    • Filter by tournament status, buy-in cost, table size, speed and format.
    • Sort by buy-in or players, with options for ascending or descending order.
    • Specify which games to display.
  • Sit&Go tiles – each Sit&Go tile contains:

    • Tournament name (1)
    • Buy-in amount (2)
    • Number of registered players (3)
    • Tournament status (4)
    • Prize pool (5) for tournament (tourney)
Feature Release

Logging in for a Sit&Go

When a player selects a tournament and wishes to log in for it, they should click on the tournament tile. This opens the tournament lobby, which is organised in the same way as for MTTs – it contains all the necessary tournament information and allows the player to log in.

Once the player has registered and enough other players have gathered to start the tournament, the player takes their seat at the tournament table and the tournament begins.

10 - ANIMATED SPECIAL FEATURE FOR TOURNAMENT MOMENTS

The "Animated Special Tournament Moments" feature enriches the gaming experience with animations and visual cues that highlight important tournament phases such as "the bubble" and "in the money". This creates a more exciting, thrilling and immersive atmosphere while keeping players informed about the history of the tournament.

Animation for the bubble phase

When a player participates in a tournament with the "bubble" animation activated and reaches the "bubble" phase (the period just before players reach the money places), the bubble animation is played to emphasize the significance of the moment (see left image below).

The animated bubbles remain until the "bubble boy/girl" (the last player before all remaining players are in the money) is eliminated. Once the "bubble" phase is over, all bubbles on the table burst (see image below right). If an "in the money" animation is set for the tournament, it will start with the next hand; otherwise, the tournament will continue without animation.

Feature Release
Info Icon

Important: If the tournament enters the bubble during late registration, the bubble animation will not play. Additionally, the bubble animation is not supported for Twister Arena and Day 1 flight tournaments.

Animations in the In the Money (ITM) phase

When a player participates in a tournament with the "In the Money" animation enabled, once the bubble phase is over and all players have qualified for a prize, a falling chip animation will play to indicate that the player is now "in the money".

Feature Release

The animation will be played until the end of the tournament. However, please note that if the tournament is configured with a special final table theme, the "in the money" animation will disappear once the final table begins, and the specified theme appears.

Enabling/disabling the feature

Players can enable/disable the feature via the "Animation during special moments" option. In the desktop app, the option is located in the "Table styles > Animations" section of the app settings, while in the native mobile and web apps it can be found under the "Table" section of the settings.

The feature is supported by all poker apps.

11 - "ANIMATED TABLE BACKGROUNDS" FEATURE

In this version, we have implemented the option to add animated backgrounds to cash tables and tournaments. This is an extension of the "Special Table Designs" feature and is intended to provide an even more exciting experience during special cash/tournament (tourney) promotions.

The feature can be configured for each tournament/cash table, meaning it is available for every tournament/cash table for which it has been configured.

When a player participates in a tournament/cash table for which an animated background has been configured, they can see the animation in the background while the tournament/cash table is running.

The animated backgrounds are played as a series of images in an endless loop during tournaments/cash tables. Players can enable or disable the feature via the "Background Animations" option.

  • In the desktop app, you can find the option under "Table Styles > Animations" in the settings.
  • In the native mobile and web app, the option is located in the "Table" section of the settings.

By default, the option is enabled so that animated backgrounds are played when you participate in a table that supports them. If the option is disabled, the background animation will not play, but the table will display a single image from the animation as the background.

When a player participates in a tournament/cash table with an animated background theme in the desktop app, they can right-click on the table to bring up the "Themes" section in the pop-up window. There, they can change the background or return to the animated background by selecting it again.

Info Icon

Important: If an animated background and animations for special moments are set for a tournament, the animation for the special moment will play over the animated background.

The feature is supported on tournament and cash tables in all poker apps.
